Measure the width and drop inside the window recess in three different places, and use the shortest of each, for Wood Venetian and Alluminium Venetian blinds please deduct 10mm from the width to allow for the fitting of brackets.
Measuring outside the window recess.
Measure the exact width and drop on the outside area of the window.
Measuring Tips.
Take all of your measurements in millimetres (mm) this will give you a much more accurate measurement.While measuring make sure to look out for things like window handles and tiles taking into account their position if necessary. This is to ensure a perfect fit.
